Nobody wants to think about their Wedding Day coming to an end, but why not end with something people will remember. Here are a few ways to make sure that happens.

1.     Make the Last Song Count

Have your DJ announce the final song and choose a crowd-pleaser that everyone can dance and sing away too. Possibly have them make a circle around the two of you dancing or all just enjoy dancing together. For an extra special last dance consider adding a surprise element like a confetti cannon to create a night that literally ends with a colourful bang.

2.     Consider a Last Dance

For couples that want a more intimate end, consider either a private last dance with their partner or a slow last dance for all the couples. It will create a moment of closeness and really allow you (and your guests should you wish) to reflect on your magical day.

3.     Have a Fun Send-Off

Add some fun to your departure with a fun send off. There are so many fun props that make this an extra special moment such as sparklers, streamers, bubbles, or glow sticks. There are so many options let your creativity shine.

4.     Have a Display or Performance

Budget permitting, consider adding a surprise performance or display to end the night on an unforgettable note. There are also so many options here so it could be completely customisable. From firework displays or LED displays to music or dance numbers, you can choose something that really symbolises who the two of you are.

5.     Provide Late-Night Snacks

Set up a station for some bites before your guests leave. Trust me they’ll appreciate the late-night nibbles, so they do not have to stop for a bite to eat on their way home.

6.     Make a Speech

Take a moment to express your gratitude and share a heartfelt speech to everyone who has come to celebrate with you. It’s a beautiful way to close the chapter of the day with the people who mean so much to you.

7.     Don’t Stop the Party

Alternatively… Have an afterparty for either everyone who wishes to continue the celebration or those friends and family that are particularly close. It allows for more dancing and fun celebration if you’re not ready for the night to end.
